Amanda specializes in advanced stretch therapy and therapeutic massage, trained directly under Dr. Erin Policelli using the same fascial and mobility techniques that have defined Stretch Kinetics' approach for nearly 20 years.
She studied at Clayton State University and Atlanta Technical College with a focus on Physical Therapy, before discovering her passion for hands-on therapeutic care. Amanda brings a highly individualized approach to every session, integrating stretch therapy and targeted soft tissue. work to improve mobility, reduce pain, and restore how your body moves.
Amanda is certified in the Graston Technique and is currently pursuing her Neuromuscular Therapy (NMT) certification, further expanding her clinical skill set.

Founder & Clinical Director
Dr. Erin Policelli founded Stretch Kinetics in Buckhead, Atlanta in 2007 after earning her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Duke University. With over 20 years of experience in fascial stretch therapy and clinical movement, she established the whole-body, assessment-driven approach that defines every session at Stretch Kinetics.
Erin trains and oversees all therapists at Stretch Kinetics, ensuring every client receives the same standard of advanced, individualized care she built the practice on. She also leads Femina Atlanta, a pelvic health physical therapy practice serving women in Buckhead.
Dr. Policelli has limited availability for new clients. New clients are seen by Amanda Sternke, who is trained in the same methods and fully equipped to deliver the Stretch Kinetics standard of care.
